CAREERS AT GRACE

Grace Christian Church is a great place to work because we have the greatest mission in the world. We are committed to making disciples who make disciples, and to helping every person discover his/her calling in Christ to “live sent” as an everyday missionary.

Our culture is characterized by four key values that help us maintain a healthy and sustainable workplace for ministry:

01

Make it Real

Because authenticity is the foundation for transformative relationships.

03

Make it Better

Because we honor God and each other with our best.

02

Make it Clear

Because we want to limit confusion and distractions for spiritual growth.

04

Make it Fun

Because we delight in each other and in our work.
