Andrew Brown
Andrew stepped into his current position in 2012. A lover of stories, he is excited to help lead Grace through its theme of helping people discover the extraordinary story each of their lives hold when they follow Jesus. When he's not pastoring a church, you can find Andrew backpacking, cheering for Indiana Hoosier basketball, or maybe even riding a bull. He and his wife Brittanie have three kids.
executive pastor
Brent Fink
Coming from Pennsylvania with his wife Bonnie and four kids, Brent joined Grace in 2015 as the strategy and vision overseer. He was attracted to Grace because of its simple yet powerful message and its dedication to the community and ministries. Brent is known as a lover of camping and books, and it is also not uncommon to see him walking around daily with energy drink in hand.
discipleship & teaching pastor
Dan Jackson
Dan joined the Grace team in 2020 in the middle of a global pandemic...what could possibly go wrong? Passionate about helping people become who God created them to be, Dan is excited to play a part in shaping extraordinary stories at Grace and throughout Central Kentucky. Dan comes to Grace with his wife, Erica, and their three kids by way of Michigan and, before that, upstate New York. A lover of movies, an eater of delicious food, a thrower of frisbees, and a runner of half-marathons-but-not-a-step-further, Dan is up for just about anything if given the opportunity. Except quinoa.

When not attending kids' functions and the weather is good, you can find him with the wind flowing through his hair on his Harley.
first impressions coordinator
Jade Franchino
Jade joined the team in August 2022. Prior to being on staff, she went through our Intern program and loved it so much she wanted to stay on staff! She helps coordinate all things First Impressions and serves with our students on Wednesday nights at the Student Center. She recently got a new golden doodle "Goose" but we don't say that she's a mom yet.
children's pastor
Nancy Hall
Joining the team in 2019, Nancy loves partnering with parents to help kids discover their story in Christ. She has a passion for developing creative, fun ways, such as The Main Course™, that help families bring Jesus into everyday conversations, make memories and grow together. Nancy and her husband, Chris, have three amazing daughters. (She may be biased but has references.) Whether making sculptures, taking photos of snowflakes or the Milky Way, finding items that are red, green, and purple, writing poetry, scripts, or a funny story, being creative and appreciating nature are likely what you will find her doing for fun.

After spending his career in the corporate world, Steve joined Grace in 2023 to follow his calling to work with youth and their families.
